At Millenium Spa, all treatments are provided by appointment to ensure an exclusive and personalized experience. We kindly ask you to take note of our cancellation policy.
Cancellations and Changes
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value.
In the event of a No-Show (failure to attend without prior notice), 100% of the reserved service will be charged.
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply. If your arrival is more than 15 minutes late, Millenium Spa reserves the right to consider the appointment a No-Show, and the corresponding cancellation policy will apply.
